Terms of Service (Public Offer) — CRAB CRACK

Effective from 04.11.2026.

This document is a public offer by CRAB CRACK ("we", "the Seller") and sets out the terms for using software builds, license keys, and related services. By placing an order, paying for it, or activating a key, you ("the User") accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

Reset after a hardware upgrade on the same PC is free. Moving a key to another PC costs 5 USD (HWID reset via support); a second PC needs its own key.

1. About the Seller

1.1. The Seller is the CRAB CRACK project. Sales and delivery are handled through a Telegram bot and the website.

1.3. We do not claim affiliation with any jurisdiction and operate in a neutral manner: applicable law is determined by the relevant rules, and we resolve disputes through support first.

2. Scope of the Agreement

2.1. We grant a non-exclusive license to use software builds and provide the User with:

2.2. The license is non-exclusive: we retain the right to provide the same builds to other users. Exclusive rights to builds and keys are not transferred.

2.3. Builds are provided "as is" for automation tasks. We do not guarantee a specific result — only access to the files and a working key.

3. Catalogue and Prices

3.1. Current items and prices:

3.2. All prices are one-time. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

3.3. Prices are in USD; payment is made in cryptocurrency (see Section 5).

4. License Key

4.1. A key is for 1 PC, valid indefinitely, and bound to the device HWID.

4.2. When hardware changes, the binding can be reset. Resets are free and handled through support.

4.3. The key is shown once, at the moment of delivery. Save it immediately. We store the key only as a SHA-256 hash; we cannot recover the original key on our side.

4.4. Sharing keys or builds with third parties, reselling, and publishing are prohibited. Violations lead to key blocking without refund (see Section 9 and the Refund Policy).

5. Payment

5.1. We accept crypto payments: USDT (TRC20), USDT (TON), USDT (ERC20), and via CryptoBot.

5.2. We do not accept fiat payments (bank cards, transfers).

5.3. We do not store wallet private keys. Watch-only addresses are used — we see incoming payments but cannot move the funds.

5.4. The order price is fixed on the invoice. The payment network is chosen by the User; sending on the wrong network or to the wrong address may result in lost funds and is outside our control.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery is automatic: build files and the key are provided after the payment is confirmed by the network. This usually takes up to 5 minutes.

6.2. If automatic delivery fails (network delay, error), it is resolved manually through support.

6.3. The buyer must provide a correct contact and Telegram ID for delivery.

7. Updates

7.1. Updates are provided free of charge under the same key.

7.2. On a major vendor update, we adapt the build and issue the updated version under your key.

8. Refunds

8.1. Refund terms are set out in a separate document — the Refund Policy. It forms part of this Agreement.

8.2. In short: a 100% refund is available if the key did not activate and support could not help. After activation, no refund is issued.

9. Prohibited Use

9.1. You may not:

9.2. Material related to CSAM and terrorism is strictly prohibited. Such cases lead to an immediate ban without refund.

9.3. Our actions on violations: key blocking, bot blocking, event logging. We may refuse service.

10. Liability

10.1. Builds are provided "as is" for automation tasks. We do not guarantee a specific business outcome.

10.2. Risks related to blocks of third-party accounts and platforms are borne by the User. We provide recommendations but do not control third-party services.

10.3. The Seller's total liability is limited to the order amount for the specific item.

10.4. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or consequences not directly related to the delivery of files and the key.

11. User Data

11.1. We process a limited set of data needed for orders, delivery, and anti-fraud. See the Privacy Policy for details.

11.2. The right to access and delete personal data is exercised through support.

12. Changes

12.1. We may update these terms. The current version is published on the website and in this document.

12.2. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new version.
