Privacy Policy — CRAB CRACK

Effective from 04.11.2026.

This Privacy Policy describes what data CRAB CRACK collects, why, how long it is kept, who it is shared with, and what rights the User has.

1. Who We Are

1.1. CRAB CRACK is a project that sells software builds and license keys through a Telegram bot and a website.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1. Identifiers and contact:

• Telegram ID;
• username and/or name.

2.2. Activity in the bot:

• counters and commands;
• we do not store message text.

2.3. Orders and licenses:

• order history;
• SHA-256 of the key (we do not store the original key);
• HWID of the device the key is bound to;
• payment txid.

2.4. Anti-fraud:

• IP address.

3. Why We Use It

3.1. Telegram ID, username, commands, and counters — to serve you in the bot and support.

3.2. Order history, txid, and SHA-256 of the key — to deliver the product, keep records, and handle order issues.

3.3. HWID — so the key works as "1 PC" and to process free binding resets.

3.4. IP address — for anti-fraud and to protect the infrastructure or verify requests.

4. What We Do Not Store

4.1. Wallet private keys — not stored. We use watch-only addresses and cannot move the funds.

4.2. Message text in the bot — not stored.

4.3. The original license key — not stored, only its SHA-256.

5. Retention Periods

5.1. Order data — 3 years.

5.2. Technical logs — 90 days.

5.3. After the period ends, data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Third Parties

6.1. We may share data only where necessary to operate:

• Telegram — bot and channel operation;
• CryptoBot — crypto payment processing;
• public blockchain explorers — txid verification.

6.2. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

7. Cookies and the Website

7.1. We use a minimal set of cookies — only what is necessary for the site: Cloudflare (protection and availability) and static content delivery.

7.2. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

8.1. Through support at @crab_crack you can:

• request access to your data;
• request deletion of personal data.

8.2. On a request, we verify that the requester is the data owner, so we do not disclose data to others.

8.3. Some data we must keep for order records and anti-fraud; such data is deleted once the periods in Section 5 end.

9. Security

9.1. We restrict access to data and store keys only as a hash.

9.2. No storage method offers an absolute guarantee; we take reasonable measures to protect data.

10. Children

10.1. The service is not intended for persons below the age at which they can independently enter into such transactions in their country. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

11.1. We may update this Policy. The current version is published on the website.

11.2. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new version.
