Acceptable Use Rules — CRAB CRACK

Effective from 04.11.2026.

These Rules describe what is allowed when using our builds and keys, what is prohibited, and how to report a violation. They supplement the Terms of Service.

Reset after a hardware upgrade on the same PC is free. Moving a key to another PC costs 5 USD (HWID reset via support); a second PC needs its own key.

1. What Is Allowed

1.1. Using the purchased builds and a key on 1 PC, as described in the Terms of Service.

1.2. Requesting a free binding reset when hardware changes, through support.

1.3. Receiving updates under the same key.

1.4. Writing to support about any matter regarding an order, a key, or how a build works.

2. What Is Prohibited

2.1. Reselling keys and builds.

2.2. Publishing builds publicly and distributing them.

2.3. Sharing a key with third parties.

2.4. Using the builds for spam, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.

2.5. Attempting to attack our infrastructure, bypass licensing, break the bot or website, or break others' systems.

2.6. Publishing, distributing, or using material related to CSAM and terrorism. This is an absolute prohibition.

2.7. Payment fraud: false claims, fake txids, reversing already completed orders.

3. User Responsibility

3.1. The User is responsible for how the builds are used and for complying with the rules of the platforms where they apply them.

3.2. Risks of blocks of third-party accounts are borne by the User. We provide recommendations but do not control third-party services.

3.3. The User is responsible for keeping their key safe: it is shown once, and we store only its SHA-256.

4. Our Actions on Violations

4.1. On a violation, we may:

4.2. Violations related to CSAM and terrorism lead to an immediate ban without refund.

4.3. We may refuse service in case of systematic violations.

5. How to Report a Violation / Abuse

5.1. Write to support at @crab_crack.

5.2. Provide: what happened, who is involved (Telegram ID or username), when, links, and any evidence (screenshots, txid).

5.3. We review requests on the merits and take action per Section 4.

5.4. Report any use of the builds for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, and any material involving CSAM or terrorism first — such reports are handled with priority.
